This website, orosage.in, is operated by Nikivya India Exim Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), registered at 501, Tower 7, Emaar Palm Gardens, Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana 122004, India. "ORO SAGE" is the name of the systematic trading system we operate and of the service we are preparing to offer.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy, risk disclosure and disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. This is information, not advice
The content on this site is general information and education only. It is not investment advice, a research recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. It does not consider your personal circumstances. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Please read the disclaimer in full.
4. No paid service yet
ORO SAGE is applying for registration under the applicable framework of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Signals and Autopilot services described here are not being sold on this website at present. They will be offered only after the required registration and, for Autopilot, broker algo-empanelment are in place.
The prices shown on this site are founding prices. We intend to honour the price in effect on the date you register your interest, for the plan you register interest in. Published pricing is not an offer capable of acceptance: a paid service begins only when the services launch and you enter a separate service agreement with us. Prices for later registrations may change.
5. Expressions of interest
You may submit your details to register an expression of interest in ORO SAGE and to receive launch updates. Doing so is free, creates no purchase and no contract for services, and does not guarantee that a paid service will become available, or that it will be available to you, or at any particular price. You may ask to be removed at any time. We describe how we handle your details in the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping or automated abuse of its forms, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The ORO SAGE name, logo, content, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may read and share our public content with attribution and a link, but you may not copy, resell or misrepresent it as your own.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
9. No warranties, and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including any investment decision you make.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops and as the regulatory position becomes settled. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
