Who controls your data
This website is operated by Nikivya India Exim Private Limited, which is the data controller for personal data collected here. Registered address: 501, Tower 7, Emaar Palm Gardens, Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana 122004, India.
What we collect
- What you give us: when you join the waitlist or contact us, the name, email address and the interest or message you submit.
- Technical basics: our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run the site securely and diagnose problems.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive financial information such as bank details, broker credentials or trading account numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and to contact you about ORO SAGE access.
- To send you the free educational market pulse you opted in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to deliver these functions. They process data on our behalf, under our instructions:
- Email delivery (ZeptoMail, by Zoho) to send notifications and the pulse.
- Team notification (Slack) so a new enquiry reaches us quickly.
- Website hosting and content delivery to serve the site.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We store a single, small preference in your browser (your light or dark theme choice) so the site remembers it on your next visit. That preference stays on your device and is not sent to us. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and enquiry data for as long as needed to contact you about ORO SAGE, and we remove it on request. Once we begin operating as a registered entity, certain records may be retained for the period the applicable regulations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. To do any of these, write to us at info@orosage.in or use the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including serving the site over HTTPS and keeping notification credentials off the public website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share.
